Our Service delivers digital content (for example, unlocked video files or credits). Many jurisdictions treat digital goods as non-returnable once delivered or once access is granted. We handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis as described below.

2. When we may issue a refund

  • You were charged in error or there was a duplicate charge for the same purchase.
  • The Service failed to deliver what you paid for due to a technical failure on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

Refunds are generally not provided if:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the unlocked deliverable or after a credit was applied.
  • The preview or output did not meet subjective expectations, but the Service functioned as described.
  • A violation of our Terms (including misuse or abuse) led to suspension or removal of access.

4. How to request a refund

5. Payment processor

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
